Morris J. Moye is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of First Community Surety Services, a full service surety company providing bail services to bail agents across the United States. Since 2007, he has been a General Agent for First Community Insurance Company and has recruited numerous bail agents for them. First Community Insurance Company and its affiliates are among the largest nationwide providers to the bail bond industry and have been in business for decades.

For the past 26 years, Moye has been a licensed bail bondsman in the state of NC and has impressively grown Morris J. Moye Bail Bonding Company from a single county operation to the multi-office, expansive one that it is today. The company has been in operation for over 20 years and has experienced phenomenal growth. With 46 employees covering all 100 counties in North Carolina, it is in a unique position to service the entire state. Moye, Jr. holds both a professional bail bondsman license and a surety bail bonding license which means there is no limit on the amount of bonds he can write. This unlimited bond writing capacity gives him an edge over his competition and reflects the business acumen and ambition that has allowed him to rise to the top of the industry.

Mo Hussein, J.D.

Executive Vice President

Mo Hussein comes to First Community Surety with over 10 years of experience in the areas of Law, Online Marketing, and Business Management. As Executive Vice President of Marketing, he oversees the outreach and marketing efforts. While directing these efforts, he is responsible for educating potential bail agents and managing the expansion of First Community Surety Services. Mo is originally from Dayton, Ohio and currently lives in Northern Virginia.

Felicia Peoples, J.D.

Vice President of Marketing

Felicia Fisher Peoples is the Vice President of Marketing for First Community Surety Services. In this capacity she is responsible for the company's national recruitment efforts, strategic marketing, growth and development.

Felicia has a Bachelors Degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. She began her legal career as an associate attorney at Gilman & Edwards, LLC, where she specialized in bankruptcy and family law. Later, she formed The Peoples' Law Group, LLC and as a solo practitioner, specialized in criminal, business and contract law. Felicia currently resides in Atlanta, GA.

James Streeter

Chief Legal Officer

James joined First Community Surety in 2010 and oversees legal and regulations regarding compliance with laws and bail bonding statues. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from North Carolina Central university and he also received his Law degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law. He has been practicing Law since 2000.

Faylene Little

Executive Secretary / Accounts Receivable Manager

Faylene brings 15 years of experience in the bail bonding industry to First Community Surety. She is a licensed bail agent in the state of NC. She is President of the Pitt County Bail Agents Association and is a member of the North Carolina Bail Agent Association. Faylene is very active in the day to day operations of the company and is responsible for all our accounts receivable and billing. She is a License Real Estate agent and handles the company Real Estate as collateral transactions.

Christine White Smith

Forfeiture Specialist / Claims Manager

Known to many as "Chris" , she has been with First Community Surety since 2007 and oversees the lost Prevention division. She coordinates apprehension of our wanted defendants and is the manager of our recovery department. She also does our exoneration reports and our bond execution reports. Chris is also a licensed bail agent in the state of NC.

Aesha Sawyer

Agent Services Director

She has been with First Community Surety since 2012 and is involved in the day to day communication with agents. She graduated from Bryant and Stratton College in Virginia Beach, Virginia and has an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Paralegal Studies. She is originally from Elizabeth City, NC and currently resides in Greenville, NC.
